Talks on the prevention of occupational risks
Throughout last year several conferences were held related to prevention of occupational risks. Some of the issues raised were:

ISO 9001:2008
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) released on 14 November 2008 the latest revision of ISO 9001. Organisations in 175 countries use the ISO 9001:2008 to define Quality Management Systems (OMS). At this conference the attendees could learn about the additions in the latest edition of the standards and their possible effects.
Bologna process
At this conference the Bologna declaration was explained and also the next steps to be taken and its effect in education in different European countries were discussed.
