Introduction

The scenario of economic globalisation is producing significant changes in the productive sector and in the business sector. Such changes do not allow us to maintain on one hand high levels of competitiveness and on the other hand the welfare we have had until now. In this new scenario we can see that those tools which we considered valid for turning our businesses into efficient organisations now begin to lose effectiveness. Therefore it is necessary to innovate, innovate and continuously innovate.

One of the five big blocks encompassing the areas of innovation as reflected in the framework programme for R+D of the European Union: cooperation, ideas, people and capacities. In some of these areas, all companies, any company, regardless of size, location or business sector can carry out innovative projects.

Seeing the importance of innovation on the survival of any business and being aware of the large amounts invested in this area, we will soon offer Master in R+D+I. This Master is currently being studied by our teaching team and we hope to have it at your disposal as soon as possible.
