Objectives

Our main objective is to convey a range of skills necessary to assume responsibilities in an educational centre. Therefore we understand the training as a process that goes beyond the mere agglomeration of knowledge. The training also develops skills to confront and overcome challenges in general, not only the ones of a particular position.

• Acquire a comprehensive overview of the actions carried out by a director of a childcare centre.
• Provide knowledge and skills necessary to make decisions every day under the management of educational centres.
• Develop interpersonal skills necessary for effective leadership of teams.
• Learn to use management tools to solve specific problems of various fields of management.
• Acquire through specific case studies capacity to analyse problems in management and to make plans for present and future actions.
• Draw up a plan for an Educational project and a management system adequate to the nature of the business environment.
