Delia Frade is lecturer in the Department of Human Resources. She is trainer of Human Resources management and development at the University of Santiago de Compostela and manager of Human Resources in Grupo Loida. She has been responsible for Human Resources in Grupo Panrico-Donuts (Northwest area) and she is also consultant in Profesional Free Lance.
