The Foundation for Studies and Analysis (La Fundación de Estudios y Análisis FESAN) was founded in 1997 with the objective of providing education through which to achieve employment and to increase the training of workers in our Autonomous Region.

Thus, it was classified as a non-profit educational foundation and attached to the Regional Ministry of Education of the Regional Government of Galicia (Xunta de Galicia). It was also declared Galician-related by the same Regional Ministry. Ten years after its foundation it has trained more than 50 000 individuals and businesses creating over 800 jobs.

One of its main objectives is to bring the business world closer to training so that it would be essentially practical and tailored to the needs of the labour market. This approach promotes employment but it is by no means our only or main objective. This is because we understand that all quality education contributes to personal and community development enriching each participant and also the whole society.
